ROLL CALL: By Clerk. Councilmen present., J. Milne and T. G. Overlie. Absent, Orville B. Olson was present. GUN CLUB AT RIVERVIEW PARK: A. Avery, L-. E. Bonnett, Raymond Hicks, C. S. C. R. -Combs and S.. A. Connell.- City Attorney Chairman Raymond Hicks reports on meeting held to consider reimbursement or equal consideration requested by the Gun Club account relocation necessitated by the Army Engineer's levee construction. He states that the Commit -tee got absolutely no place. A discussion followed relative to what the City cofild and could not do in com- pensating the Gun Club. An itemized report of expenditures, etc., tabulated by the City Clerk was furnished all desiring same. No action taken. PURCHASE: City Engineer requests authority to purchase 1,000 lbs. of Lead, cost approx imately $250.00. Motion made by Avery; seconded by Overlie granting purchase. M6tion carried by roll call vote of five (5). /ORDINANCE NO. 712: AN ORDINANCE DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND BEING AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE MANEY FROM THE WATER DEPARTMENT FUNDS OF THE CITY OF PASCO FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING DELINQUENT SALE'S TAX AND C OMPENSATING USE TAX TO THE STATZ OF WASHINGTON Motion made by Overlie, seconded by Avery that Ordinance No. 712 be given the first reading by title only. Motion carried. Ordinance No. 7M2 was read by title. Motion made by Overlie, seconded by Avery that Ordinance No. 712 has been given the first reading by title. Motion carried. Motion made by Avery seconded by Overlie that Public Hearing on Ordinance No. 712, an emergency ordinance, be held on Tuesday, April 19 1952. SEWAGE DISPOSAL PLANT SITE: Colonel Wilby is going to San Francisco to meeting with Federal Service Agency and the 6th Army; thought the Council could authorize a representative to sign for the City in case a conclusion was reached. Motion made by _very, seconded by Bonnett authorizing the Mayor to send a representative to San Francisco with Colonel Wilby if he sees fit. Motion lost account tie vote. Avery and Bonnett voting "Yes". Hicks and Overlie voting "No". ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Overlie, seconded by Avery that the meeting recess to a later hour or date. Motion carried.
