Hostetter, L. E. Bonnett, Chas. Grigg, Ray- mond Hicks, W. A. Nelson and T. G. Overlie also City Attorney Orville B. Olson. READING OF THE MINUTES: Minutes of meeting held December 19, 1950 were read and approved. BILLS:. Current bills against the City were read as follows: Motion made by Nelson, sec- onded by Grigg that al bills properly signed and approved be allowed. CLAIM: A. E. Nelson presented a claim to cover auto repairs for damage account accident with a piece of concrete pipe. V10tion made by Nelson, seconded by Bonnett that this be turned to the City Att- orney. Motion carried. VACATING ALLEY, BLOCK 131, PASCO LAND CO'S FIRST ADDITION AND REZONING: A letter was read from City Engineer George R. Fisher recommending that the alley be vacated only upon assurance that proposed building will extend over the alley. SULPHATE OF ALT?MINA: A letter was read from Myron Radelmiller requesting call for bids. Motion made b3 Bonnett, to call for bids 1 bru;ary' 6, 1951. Motion seconded by Nelson and carried. AIRPORT LEASES: Two airport leases were read as follows: Mansfield Distributing Company Building #35 D. A. READING OF ORDINANCES: ORDINANCE NO. 674, SALARY ORDINANCE: reports that a letter received from the out of steel; he was instructed to get AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE OFFICERS A14D DEPARTMENT .HEADS OF THE CITY OF PASCO AND BEING AN ORDINANCE FOR THE,.PURPOSE OF ASSEMBLING SALARY IN- FORMATION FOR THE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF PASCO IN ONE ORDINANCE AND REPEALING ORDINANCES AND PARTS OF ORDIN- ANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH. ORDINANCE N0. 675: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 435 AND BEING AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE AND RESTRICT THE LOCATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS AND THE USE OF LAND WITHIN THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON: AND FURTHER PERTAINING TO THE OCCUPANCY AND USES OF SUCH BUILDINGS AND LAND. TO ADD ADDITIONAL SECTION TO BE NUMBER 17 PRESENT SECTION 17 TO BECOME SECTION 18 - . Amending Ordinance No.625; adding an additional section to be No. 17; present Section 17 to become Section 18. Becker of Seattle will come over when wor s received. Blanton property in this area was suggested. Grigg would like to know if City Engineer Fisher needs help in selecting site for Sewage Plant in working out costs, location, etc. Mayor stated a Committee of Hicks, Nelson & Overlie Assist.
