Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M., Honorable Mayor Walter A. Nelson presiding;
his oath of office was administered December 23, 1946.
ROLL CALL:

C.R. Wallis, also City Attorney D.W. Zent, R.J. Larson arrived late.

To use this

READING OF ORDINANCES:
ORDINANCE
NO. 585:
AN ORDINANCE PROVID NG FOR THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO 'THE
EMERGENCY FUND AND DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS.
Motion made by Beck seconded by Diemond that Ordinance No. 585 be given the third
reading, motion carried. Ordinance No. 585 was read in full, motion made by Beck
seconded by Casey that Ordinance No 585 has been given the third reading, motion
carried, motion made by -Beck seconded by Diemond that Ordinance leo. 585 be adopted
motion carried by roll call vote of five (5)'.
RESOLUTION NO. 273: Resolving that the City of Pasco participate in said Benton -
Franklin CountyHealth District by contributing toward the said District Health
Fund in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 183, Laws of 1945, motion made.
by Beck seconded by Casey that Resolution No. 273 beadopted as read, motion carried
by roll call vote of five (5).
RESOLUTION NO. 275: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Treasurer is
authorized and directed to file with County Abditor such releases upon payment of
same along with the cost for filing and releasing of the liens: and is authorized
and empowered to sign the same as the legal agent of the City of Pasco to release
such liens. Motion made by Beck seconded by Liemond that Resolution No. 275 be
adopted as read, motion carried by roll call vote of five(5).
