Jarrard Police 3.00 7,865.31 Grand 'Total 24,940.50 CEMETERY ROADWAY: To the City Council: It is the recommendation of the Cemetery Committee that the following changes be made in "arold Blantonts Plat of the new part of the Cemetery; Eliminate Lots 1, 12 , 13, 24, 25 and 36 in Block 9 and to renumber the remaining Lots in Block 9 beginning with No. 1 and ending with No. 30, Eliminate Lots 1, 12, 13, 22, 23, 29, and 30 in Block 8 and to -renumber the remaining Lots -in Block 8 beginning with number 1 and ending with number 28. To use this vacated strip as a Roadsay. To add 6 lots abutting Lots numbered 2, 3, 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Block 7 to be numbered 13, 14, 15, 162 17, and 18 and to become a part of Block 7. To add 6 lots abutting Lots 2, 31 6, 7, 10 and 11 of Block, 6 to be numbered 13 141115, 16, 17, and Lot 18 and to become a part of Block 6. READING OF ORDINANCES: ORDINANCE NO. 585: AN ORDINANCE PROVID NG FOR THE TRANSFER OF MONEY FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO 'THE EMERGENCY FUND AND DECLARING THAT AN EMERGENCY EXISTS. Motion made by Beck seconded by Diemond that Ordinance No. 585 be given the third reading, motion carried. Ordinance No. 585 was read in full, motion made by Beck seconded by Casey that Ordinance No 585 has been given the third reading, motion carried, motion made by -Beck seconded by Diemond that Ordinance leo. 585 be adopted motion carried by roll call vote of five (5)'. RESOLUTION NO. 273: Resolving that the City of Pasco participate in said Benton - Franklin CountyHealth District by contributing toward the said District Health Fund in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 183, Laws of 1945, motion made. by Beck seconded by Casey that Resolution No. 273 beadopted as read, motion carried by roll call vote of five (5). RESOLUTION NO. 275: NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Treasurer is authorized and directed to file with County Abditor such releases upon payment of same along with the cost for filing and releasing of the liens: and is authorized and empowered to sign the same as the legal agent of the City of Pasco to release such liens. Motion made by Beck seconded by Liemond that Resolution No. 275 be adopted as read, motion carried by roll call vote of five(5). 1278 PASCO, 0VASHINGTON ADJOURITE, D"MEET ING CONTINUED COMMITTEE ROOM DECEMBER 27 1946 ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Beck seconded by Diemond that the meeting adjourn to next regular meeting night, January 7, 1947, eight otclock P.M., motion carried.
