ROLL CALL: By Clerk, Councilmen present were C.L. Booth, IN.E. Drennan, IM. J. Linderman,
V.F..I,Tarshall, and D.F. Rokkey. Charles Diemond arrived at 8:50. Absent
were D.B. Baker.
ROY_ COLLINS APPOINTED _CITY _TREASURER

The mayor recommended the appointment of Roy Collins to the position of City
Treasurer. Ivlotion made by Marshall and seconded by Drennan to accept the
appointment. I,Iotion carried so ordered.
TENTATIVE BUDGET FOR 194
The tentative :udget for the year was introduced --each member presented with
a copy which was gone over item by item with some changes recommended, but
no final decision reached; further study to be made later in the month. The
total expenditures and receipts as anticipated was1�1902.00--anticipated
changes raised the expenditures $10,')0.00.
SCHOOL DISTRICT PROPERTY ADJACENT 'CITY HALL
Was discussed with the -idea of purchase in mind the present price is $2.000.00
per lot of 25 feet. Mr. Booth to make inquiry of the school Board regarding
option etc.
