RESOLUTION NO. 215; That that certain fiscal agent agreement made and entered into by the City of Pasco and Richards & Blum, Inc. under date of September 91 1944, be and the dame is k hereby extended for a Period of sixty (60) days beginning March 91 1944. Motion made by Diemond seconded by 1,1arshall to adopt resolution No. 215 motion carried by a roll call vote of six.(6). It was moved by Councilman Drennan and seconded by Councilman Diemond that Ordinance IIo. 53-1 have its second reading by title only. This motion was after discussion carried with Councilman Rodkey voting; Ho. Ordinance No. 5_31 was thereupon given its second reading by title only and it ,ras-movd.d by Councilman I:Iarshall and seconded by Councilman Drennan 1 that Ordinance No. 531 had had its second reading. Thereupon it was moved by Councilman Marshall and seconded by Councilman Drennan that any and all rules or laws of any 1 character what so ever requiring third readings of any ordinance to be had at this or subsequent meetings of the City Council be dispensed with and that the same be placed u -on its third reading and passage at this meeting, which motion was lost uron an Aye vote and Nay vote duly had and recorded with Councilman Rodkey vot_ng iio. After consider- able discussion it Naas moved by Councilman Rodkey and seconded by Councilman Tlarshall � that the foregoing motion be reconsidered, and upon question being put, said motion vas passed unanimously. It was then moved by Councilman Rodkey and seconded by Councilman Marshall that Ordinance No. 5.31 be given its third reading in full. Ordinance No. 5-41 was thereupon read in full and motion made by Councilman Drennan and seconded by Councilr.ian Diemond that Ord-inance No. 531 had had its full reading, which notion was passed unanimously; whereuron motion was rade by Councilman Marshall, Seconded by Councilman Diemond that said Ordinance be enacted, passed and adopted, and the sane, was placed Anon its rassage, whereupon an AYE and NAY vote being duly had and recorded, the following vote was had, viz: Councilman Baker voted "AYE" Councilman Booth voted "AYE" Councilman Die7,ond voted "AYE" Councilman Drennan voted "AYE" Councilman i1arshall voted "AYE" Councilman Rodkey voted "AYE" with no votes "ATAY"; whereupon the foregoing Ordinance was declared enacted, passed and adopted by the T:Zayor and. said , Ordinance was thereupon presented to the jMayor who signed his na-e in approval thereof at the incl of said Ordinance, W-hich signature of `,ppro,val was attested by the City Clerk by his signature under the seal of t.ie City of Pasco. (There were no other proceedings relating to said bond issue adopted at said meeting.) B. H..Sheldon awarded Bid:on Sewer Projects A letter from John W. Cunningham was read recommending that B. H. Sheldon the low= est bidder on the sewer project work, be awarded be-awai2ded thebid, he also recommends the dry pit type pump installation motion made by Diemond seconded by Rodkey that the recommendation be acdepted, awarding the contract to B. H. Sheldon however the contract is not to be signed until priorities have been obtained motion carried by a roll call vote of six (6).
