Byron Baker, ROLL CALL: By Clerk Councilmen present were D. Byron Baker, -C. H. Brewer, W. R. Cox, and A. M. Westby; Councilmen absent were R. 0. Hall, M. J. Linderman and 11. J. M-cDonnell. CANVASSING:: The City Council of the City of Pasco Washington, met in special cession for the purpose of canvassing votes cast at the City General Election held December 8, 1942, after counting the absentee votes and carefully examining the pelertecords find that at said election there were cast for OFFICER CITY TREASURER COUNCILMEN FOUR YEAR TERM::: CANDIDATE C. Wherefore the City Council hereby declares the said above named persons were duly and regularly elected to said offices of the City.
