An effort will be made to locate dames purchased by the city. Police judge Gran. Stringham's November report was read showing $28?.75 collectE in fines. Acting ChaLf of Police lilerlin Cooney's November report was read. READING OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS:: ORDINANCE N0. 00•; Known as the Gravel Bit Ordinance;; was discussed, City Attmrhey has received no work from contractors, but asvises that Harold Blantc expects to be able to remedy conditions at the pit on Ainsworth Ave. Motion made by Linderman seconded by Brewer that Ordinance be held �.d_ ctey� menu to carried so ordered.' Motion made by Linderman seconded by Brewer and car that Ordinance No. 504 be given the second reading;. Motion made by Hall second by Brewer that Ordinance No 504 has been given the second reading. UNFINISHED BUSINESS:: TRAILER CAMP LICENSES TO BE COLLECTED: Board.of Investigators to present licen. applications to trailer camp operators, for collections. LEGION HALL LICENSE TO BE COLLECTED: Motion made by Brewer seconded by Hall that the $25.00 license, decided upon by the Council, be collected from the American Legion motion carried so ordered. BELL TOWER:: The bell tower adjacent city hall was discussed, it has been re- ported unsafe by the Fire Chief, council favor dismantiling. DR. W. R. RIPLEY APPOINTED: Honorable Mayor E. S. Jolnston appointed Dr. W. R. Ripley, City Health Officer, effective date retroactive as of July 14, 1942, appointment accepted without dissent. ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Linderman seconded by Hall that the meeting adjourn to next reg- ular meeting night December 15th, Tuesday eight oclock P. IA. motion carried so ordered.
