CALL TO ORDER:: Meeting called to order at eight fifteen oclock P. 14. Honorable
Mayor E. S. Johnston presiding.
ROLL CALL:: By Clerk, Councilmen present were C.' H. Brewer, W. R. Cox, R. 0. Hall,
M. J. Linderman and M. J. McDonnell; Councilmen absent were D. Byron
Baker and A. TVI. Westby.
CANVASS OF VOTES CAST AT THE CITY PRIMARY ELECTION NOVEMBER 3, 1942;
The City Council of the City of Pasco met in special session to can-
vass votes cast at the Primary Election held November 3, 1942, for the
various City Offices to be voted on at the regular City Election
to be held.December 8, 1942.
The City Council acting as canvassing Board, having received the
election returns also absentee ballots from the City Clerk, duly
canvass the said election returns and find that there was cast at the
City Primary 1 165 votes in total, the candidates.on the Independent
Citizens Ticket for the various offices received the following votes.

Tella Riddle, 298 votes, 11 absentees, total 309

Linderman seconded by Cox that the meeting adjourn to next regular
meeting night Tuesday November 17, 1942, eight oclock P.M. motion
carried so ordered.
