NEW BUSINESS::
BUILDING NEAR PENNY'S STORE::
T.7AY 5, 1942.
It was suggested that the small building at the rear and on the north side of
Penny's store be moved as it hampers the parking of:of cars, The Mayor will
contact the owner A. Sylvester.
MISCELLANEOUS:
TL.ediscussion of hiring a fire chief was renewed it was unanimously agreed that
at this time it would be impossible to obtain a chief for less that $200.00 per
month, the three applications were considered, in conclusion a motion was made
by Downey seconded by Linderman that Wight be employed ona -temporary assignment
at $200.00 per month, motion carried by a roll call vote of five, Baker had been
excused.
ADJOURNMENT:
lotion made by Linderman seconded by Hall that the meeting adjourn to Ta-edays
May 12, 1942 eight -O'clock P. 14. motion carried so ordered.
