BIDS ON TRUCKS: Three bids were received opened and read from local firr_Zs on tyre City Dwuip truck, motion oracle by IT seconded by Downey that the decision be rendered at an adjourned tZeeting motion carried so ordered; Federal tax deductions on Hostetter's bid not cle� o the Council, City Attorney to contact Tyr. Hostetter and clearify this deduction. BIDS ON GRADER: Bids were received opened and read each representative was given tyre oppor tunity to state the merrits of their equipment follol:iing Council deliberation motion was made by Hall seconded by James that the grader bids be held in abeyance until Tuesday Janizary 27, 1942, motion carried so ordered. BIDS ON CONCRETE 4IXER: Six bids viere received opendd arid read in conclusion a motion was by Hall secondea by Lindeprian.to accept the Nelson Equipment Company's bid of $335.0 plus sales tax ov $10.05, less a five percent discount for cash within thirty days o $16.75 slakes a total cost of $328.30 motion carried'by a roll call vote of five.
