In discussing the water system and plant, Linderman announced the possibil:

On matter of purchasing grader after discussion it was decided to purchase
grader of similar type to caterpiller model 12, motion made by Linderman second
by James bids to be opened January 6th., motion carried so ordered.
Downey presented a proposition by the Hart Flying Service to trade tractor
for small blade now owned by the City, Council by consensus went on record as
being in favor of getting rid of the small blade and two old trucks. On matter
of trucks and concrete mixer for the street department it was decided to trade
in two of the three oldest trucks on new trucks so moved James seconded by Bake. -
carried so ordered IZcDonnell voting no. bids to be opened January 20th 1941.
AD JOURIIUENT
Motion made by Baker seconded by James that the meeting adjourn to next
regular meeting night December 16th 1941, eight o'clock P. M. motion carried
so ordered.
