The City Council met in adjourned session with the following members present
Mayor Raymond Hicks. Councilmen W. E. Burns and M. J. Linderman. Members absent were
C. V. Downey, M. J. McDonnell, V. L. Pangle, Art Partch and M. A. Westby.
City Attorney C, M. O'Brien present.
On account there being no quorum present the meeting was adjourned to next
regular meeting night, Thursday April 4th 1940 at eight o'clock P.M.
