A statement of 5x16.00 from Doctor Lacy, covering professional services
rendered to Jim iinowlton for inijury received during the Pasco Hotel vire December
19, 1939, was turned to the City by V. L. Pangle. .fter a short discussion.
Liotion made by Do.,ney that claim be deferred to a fnrture meeting, vire Committee
to investigate and report with recommandation. Liotion seconded by .estby carried

A Voucher withheld from Payment in Vebruary in favor of the Pasco Electric
Shop covering services, while trying to correct, Ornamental Lighting System,
rendered out of service by the Hotel Pasco r'ire December 19, 1939, was again

The City Council met in adjourned session with the following members present
Mayor Raymond Hicks. Councilmen W. E. Burns and M. J. Linderman. Members absent were
C. V. Downey, M. J. McDonnell, V. L. Pangle, Art Partch and M. A. Westby.
City Attorney C, M. O'Brien present.
On account there being no quorum present the meeting was adjourned to next
regular meeting night, Thursday April 4th 1940 at eight o'clock P.M.
