The Fleet Insurance was again discussed. Mr. Westby read a letter to Mr. O'Herin
from tl,e Home Insurance Co, stating that the fleet of trucks may be rzitten under more than one
policy (throu-h more than one agent) but it willbe necessary to suLmit the entire fleet list to
the Examiner's Office for rating and establishment of the minemum premium. Clerk to furnish
ti_is information and so advise Agencies writing these policies.
REPORTS FROM A short discussion followed the Finance Committees' Report in regard to a Type Writer for
COi.1iITTFF.bthe Police Office and an adding Machine for the Clerk's Office. No Action Ta -en.
Committee Wor:-ring on New Si --ht for the City Dump report the Irrigation District will
present a voucher covering the purchase in the course of a few days

A letter from Mrs. A. Halbrook was read in regards to planting trees in the parking strip at

one and the watering of same. She was advised that the Street Department would ass
in lining trees n both streets, The Mayor to talk to Lir. Ingham relative to the sycamore and
walnut tree which she desires to plant. She was advised that it would be permissable to build a du-
plex dwelling in that loca tion.
A letter from the Association of 'Washington Cities relative to paying the 1940 membersiip fees
of N100.00. Motion made by Pangle that $100.00 be allowed. Seconded by Linderman carried by Roll
Call Vote of Six.

The Li -thing Committee reports the Pasco Electric Co, has t:us far been unable to repair System
and restore Li .Ls, disabled by the Pa --,o Hotel Fire December 19, 1939. Moticn made by McDonnell
authorizing the Committee to contact Paiific Power & Light Co, for the purpose df a Survey of the
Ornamental Li;Ming System & futherinvestegate the work that has been done by the Pasco Electric Co.
