Scott advises the approximate cost of chancing the presnt set up to two sep rate toilets would be about ,100.00. A check for ten dollars was received from D. F. Doeney recommends a report of work & service be furnished. A voucher presented by the Western Golf Course Supply Co „ Portland Oregon covering a second hand Po,^er Lawn Plower and spiker in the amount of •.129 .00 was discussed, a letter attached s%tates a 3% discount will be allowed if paid at this time, pay- ment due in March by agreement. Mot -i -n made by Partch to issue warrant and accept 3% discount, and forward same, when quarentee°0mower and spiker ha V been approved by chairman of Park Board and Finance Committee, seconded by Linderman. A voucher presented by the Pasco Water Department in the amount of 6414.27 covering a Loan to the River View Park in 1939 for pipe labor, and hauling. After a si:ort discussion it was unaminous y agreed to pay$214.27 at ti;is time which is in the Budget for that purnose,and Budget for the Balanc or 4200.00 in the 1941 Budget.
