Special Session _ October 3rd, 1939.
ROLL CALL: The city council met in special session for the purpose of adopting
the budget for 1939 with Mayor Hicks presiding and following councilmen present on roll ca
Burns, Christensen, Haylett, O'Herin, Partch and Wirth; absentees were LeRoux.
The council proceeded to consider the budget and made several changes. A motion
