Water Committee was not yet ready to make report on IL:rge commercial usc- -nd proper rate to charge them nd Haylett was not yet ready with a new zoning ordin•nee. Following resolution in regard to emiction of route markers and directi_ signs on Highways 3 and 11, was read: "WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Pasco, that the Director of Hi ways purchase nd erect all necessary directional signs and route mc;rkers on the routes of ]EN PSH #3 and PSH #11 within the corporate limits of Pasco, now therefor "BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Pasco does hereby acknowledge that it not satisfactorily accomplish and will delay and be unable to purchase and erect direction signs and route m rkers on such city streets and waives notice of the di of highways thereof: "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the director of highways is requested ;nd mitted to purchase and erect such signs and markers to the amount of $65.00, an ar not in excess of the amount of money now credited or reasonably anticipated to ace to the City of Pasco in the motor vehicle fluid during the next fiscal year, such signs and markers cost to be charged against the &mount so credited, or to be cre' and "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upnlj statement of the cost of such directis signs and route markers and journ d voucher therefor, approved by the City of Pas(. for all labor, equipment, material, supplies and engineering, the Stite Auditor i,, authorized and directed to reserve and credit to the department of highways in pa::_ ment for such directional signs and routs markers, any funds credited or to be Ere to the Cit;, of Pasco in the motor vehicle fund not to exceed the above specified all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 197, Session laws of 1937.
