After discussion, Haylett moved, seconded by Burns, that the ordinance be given its third reading, which was done. Haylett then made a motion, seconded by Wirtt, that rules be suspended and that Ordinance be declared to have had its third rea0ing• carri --- ----- Motion then made by Haylett, seconded by Christensen, that Ordinance Iio. 423 be declared as City Clerk.- finally passed and adopted; carried. I. At this point Councilman Le Roux came in. ORDINANCE No. 424, being an ordinance relating to Licenses for and regulating certain II occupations, trades and lines of business carried on in the City of Pasco, and regnireing the same to be licensed, was read and motion made by Haylett, seconded by Christensen and l! carried that the ordinance be declared to have had its first reading. Ordinance read by title only upon motion made by Haylett, seconded by Leroux end carried; motion made by Heyl tt, seconded by girth and carried, that ordinance be declared to have had its second reading.
