riOLL CALL: Council met in regular session with Mayor McGee presiding and
Councilmen Burns, Haylett, O'Herin and ;71rth present.
MINUTES: The minutes of the regular session of June 4th;, and the adjourned
session of June 11th were read and approved. J :INUTrS: The minutes of the regular session of June 19th were read and app
roved.
BILLS: A bill against the current expense fund to the Pacific Powir and ',
Light Company for $280.90, for City lights, was read. Motion made by Wirth
and seconded by Partch that the bill be allowed. I -lotion carried on roll'
call. 'Warrent no covers.

Motion made by O'Herin and seconded by girth that the bills be allowed.
Motion carried on roll call.
COM1,11UNICATIONS: A letter from the State Hoghway Department, asking the City to
secure permits for the use of gravel from the Copntyipit and for the waste
of excess material for the Undercrossing nroject, was referred to Nadel_
miller.
A communication from the Pasco Retail Cigar Despensers Association
asking the City Council to limit the number of licenses granted in the City
for the sale of beer and wine was read. Motion made by Mirth and seconded
O'Herin that the said communication be referred to the license committee
to report on at the next meeting.
A letter from the Conlon Auto and Implement Company, requesting the
immediate payment of e bill for $232.19, presented for tractor repairs was
read. notion made by Partch and seconded by 'Wirth that the City Clerk
write to Mr. Conlon, asking him to be present at the next meeting to explain
why he should expect payment of said bill. Motion carried.
rREPORTS; The report of the ',later manager for the month of flay was read.
SALE OF FIRE A motion was made by ;firth and seconded by O'Herin that no fire_
WORKS: works be sold by -,the merchants of the City until 5 (five) days before the
Foutth,_beginning on Monday, June 29th. Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT: A motion to adjourn was made by J'Herin and seconded by Partch,
Motion carried.

fines for the month of June to be $95.00
LICENSES: Applications for licenses were read as follows; Haluye Yamauchi,
City C ark. soft drinks and restaurant; Chike Yamauchi, hotel; Jerden Porter, restaurant;
I. Makino, soft drinks, card room, 1 table, and pool hall, 2 tables, a motion
was made by O'Herin and seconded by girth that the licenses be granted.
Notion carried.
