Motion made by Partch and seconded by O'Herin that this request be granted. Motion carried. bPLANATION OF 0RDI14A14CE #415: A motion was made by Partch and seconded by O'Herin that a notice be placed in the Pasco Herald by the City Clerk, explaning that the in- junction suit brought by one man against the City of Pasco has forced the said City to enter into dondemnation proceedings, holding up the starting of work on the undercrossing for an indefinite period of time.
