Motion carried on roll call. 507 City Council Chambers Special session January 9, 1936 20LL CALL: Pursuant to a call by the Mayor the City Council met in special session for the purpose of passing upon a resolution with reference to the plans for the sewer and water main connections at the proposed under -crossing on Leriis Street and to care for any other business that may properly come befoee such meeting. BE IT HESOLTED BY THIS PASCO CITY COUNCIL that the lryout of sewers and water mains, as shown on the plans of the State Highway Department, for the pxv posed under crossing on Lewis Street in the City of Pasco, be and the same are hereby approved. EPAIRING OF THE CITY CATE-.PILLAR DISCUS;,ED: Upon discussion of repairs nedded for the City's caterpillar, Mayor McGee reported that an investigation showed a possible cost of ,$ome .'535.00 for overhauling' and parts. A motion by Shaffer not to have the Caterpillar repaired was seconded by O'Herin. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT: A motion to adjourn was made by O'Herin and seconders by Burns. laotion carried. ayor. Motion made by Partch and seconded by O'Herin that this request be granted. Motion carried. bPLANATION OF 0RDI14A14CE #415: A motion was made by Partch and seconded by O'Herin that a notice be placed in the Pasco Herald by the City Clerk, explaning that the in- junction suit brought by one man against the City of Pasco has forced the said City to enter into dondemnation proceedings, holding up the starting of work on the undercrossing for an indefinite period of time.
