TRAFFIC LIGHT: Discussion of the installation of a traffic light at the intersection of Judd suggested that, though the oil for the streets is to be purchased it be handled by the City and shown on the City books. 4th Ave. and Lea -is Street, resulted in a motion by Partch, seconded by Wirth, by the Contractor, that the Clark be instructed tb order a lamp from 17.S.
