ROLL -CALL: City council met in adjourned session with Iii. ayor McGee presiding
and following members present: Anderson, Burns, Ha.ylett and ,7irth; absent were
O'Herin, Pertch and Skinnell.
MINUTES OF LTEETING HELD UOVEIvIBER 1st and adjourned session of November 4th
were read and approved.
CLAI11113: Following claims against Current expense Fund and dater Fund were
read.. and motion was made by Anderson, seconded by 1v7irth, that the bills be allowed and
wgrra.nts be drawn for the same; roll call showed unanimous vote for the motion.

Murphy, Favre & Co., Spokane asked for opportunity to bid on proposed 010,000.
bond issue.
Shaw Borden & Co., wrote suggesting new modern style of cemetery records,
which was xxx referred to the Street & Alley Committee.
Resolution from Montesano Chamber of Commerce regarding placing state highway
patrolmen under civil service, was placed on table without action.
Report of clerk in type form and regular monthly report of treasurer were
passed around.
CITY COUNCIL CANVASSED VOTES CAST at the primary election Nov,`9th, and found
following nominated on the R±txx Independent Citizens' Ticket:
Mayor: S. N. McGee; Clerk, Gertrude Speier; Treasurer Mrs. i;.L.Phillips; •
Attorney C.M.O'Brien; Councilman to fill unexpired term A.11.Ha.ylett; Couneilman_at_
large, J.F.O'Herin; Councilmen 4 year terms, P.E.Anderson, K.E.Burns and Art Partch.

A LIST OFH UNPAID VATER BILLS AND USZ*is to be furnished to the council at
its next meeting and then turiled over to the nater Committee with power to act, upon
motion made by Burns, seconded by Anderson, and carried.
Chief Pangle of the Fire Dept. asked authority to purchase 7 pairs of rubber
boots at a. price of •)2.65 per pail; this was authorized upon motion made by Ha.ylett,
seconded by Mirth and dul�� carried.
CONTRACT FOR CHHLORINE: Upon motion made by Haylett, seconded by Burns rind
carried, the water manager was authorized to enter into a contract with the Tacoma.
Electroc Chemical Co., for chlorine for the water plant at a price of 10 cents per
pound, f.o.b. Pasco.
