ROIL CALL: City council met pursuant to agreement with all members present except
Skinnell ; Mi yor T,IcGee presided.
MINUTES OF IEE'ETING HELD OCTOBER 18th were read and approved.
INSU"I,ANCE for fire and theft being carried on Street Dept. truck was ordered
cancelled upon motion made by :girth, seconded by Pa.rtch, and duly carried.

were read and motion was made by ,,firth, seconded by Partch, that the bills be allowed

CLAIMS AGAINST ;'DATER FUND WERE READ and motion was made by O'Herin, seconded by Haylett
that bills be allowed and warrants be drawn for the same; roll call showed all voting
for the motion.

CHANGE IN CETaIETERY HEADBOARDS: Earl Sample, sexton at the cemetery asked
the council for authority to replace wooden headboards with some made of concrete and
this was turned over for investigation with power to act, to the Street & Alley
Committee, upon motion made by :uirth and seconded by O'Herin.
CLAIM OF DARLEY & CO. for balance due on fire siren was reported on by
Fire & ala.ter Committee thru Ha.ylett; committee recommended payment- of $100.00 on
this bill afater the first of the year, the balance of "62.30 to be paid by the
Fire Dept. during the year. Report accepted by the council.
Reports of Building Inspector and Police Judce were read and ordered filed.
Matter of furnishing water to sheepmen and ranchers from city tap was
discussed and referred to the Police Committee, these people now getting water from a
tap back of the bakery.
POWER PlAiiT: Special committee studying the powerplant matter reported
progress and that they were still investigating.
