X41,500.00. Motion made by Anderson, seconded by Partch, that Ordinance No. 399 be declared to have ha.d its first reading; Motion made by Anderson, seconded by Skinnell that Ordinance No. 399 be read by title only as its second reading; motion carried and carried without dissent on roll call. ordinance read by title.
