Adjourned meeting _ December 3rd, 1931.
Would-be about $1.35 per ft., while 6"would cost about -$1.00 per foot -and urged, that the'
present low prices of pipe' be taken adtantage of. I:Iotion then made by Haylett, -seconded by
Burns' that the Water 11anager be authorized to arrange for bids on -such pipe to be
received by the City Conncil at a meeting on December 28th, pipe to be delivered about
March 1st; motion carried on roll call without dissent.
