CITY - Minn MUTBARS
Regular Session _ September 15th, 1931.
ROLL CALL: City council met in regular session with Mayor Gray presiding and
followingcouncilmen present: 0ohnson, McGee, Meyer and Skinnell; absentees were
Anderson, Partch and Mirth.
MINUTES OF SESSIONS HELD SEPT, 2 1st and 3rd were read and approved.
- CLAIMS AGAINST.CURRENT EXPENSE AND MATER FUND:
Expense and 'nater Fund were read and motion was made
that bills be paid; roll call showed all voting for
CURRENT EXPENSE:

Report of Water Manager read, showing net earnings of $2063.70 for previous month.
Report of Police Judge read and ordered filed; reports of city treasurer and clerk
were passed around.
ADJOURNMENT:
Council proceed with consideration of budget and upon motion by McGee, seconded
by Meyeft, meeting adjourned until 8. PM on Sept. 18th.

ROLL CALL: CITY Counsil met in adjourned session with Mayor Gray presiding
and following members present: Anderson, McGee, Meyer, Skinnell and `Birth; absentees
were Johnson and Partch.
BUDGET CONSIDE_ZED: Council proceeded with consideration of budget for
1932 making alterations to cut amounts requested by various departments down towards
figures which will conform with tax levy.
ADJOURNMENT: Motion made by Anderson, seconded by McGee, that meeting
adjourn; motion carried.

SPECIAL SESSIO14 _ October 5th, 1931.
ROLL CALL: In accordance with the law, council met in .special session for the
purpose of adopting the budget for 1932 with Mayor Gray presiding; present were
Councilmen McGee, Meyer, Partch and Wirth. Police Committee thru McGee recommended that
in order forthe budget to stay within 23� mill limits, that one patrolman be dispenses
with but that $500.00 for special police be placed in budget. Motion made by Partch,
seconded by McGee, that budget as revised be adopted; carried on roll. call.
ADJOURNMENT: motion made by Anderson, seconded by Wirth, that meeting ad journ;carried
