that licenses be granted; roll call shorted all votin•,for the motion.
PETITION REG RDITIG DOGS RU1II�IIEG AT LARGE: A petition signed by H. A. Dowd and
82 other citizens was read reaa..rdinti dogs ri,tnninc; at large and damatiing flowers, etc. and
asked that an ordinance prohibiting dogs from running at lar; -e within the city limits
be passed. This broutiht up the m Ater -f a pound for t«king care of doffs under the
present ordin ace and r.ayor Gray appointed L. B. Joslir_ as poundm.aster. Motion made by
McGee, seconded by ;;firth, that the appointment be confirmed; motion carried.
Motion thereupon made by Johnson, seconded by I.icGee, that the pouh.dma.ster be
authorized and instructed to collect dog taxes and that he be paid on the basis of one half
of what he collects. Roll call showed motion passing without dissent.
PETITION READ FROTf ALBERT S. BYERS, asking that a house obstructing his property,
lots 1 to 5 of Block 96, Pasco Land Co.'s First Addn. to Pasco; be removed. Motion made
by IJcGee, seconded by ;'Wirth, that the m:.tter be referred to the Street & Alley Committee
,with pouter to act: motion carried unanimously on roll call.

Road Improvement Bonds, Dist. 7'29:

and
'?`ER AS, it appears that said bonds were sold by Azell Rutherford, Treasurer of said
City of Pasco, and that said sale was for the best interests of the City of Pasco and that
the proceeds of said sale have been properly credited to the said city of Pasco,

A. F. Haylett spore to council about improving the street leading to the cemetery
by pilin- when county equipment ca.r,ie to Pasco, stating that county would probably be
willing to oil the street, if the city would bear the expense of oil on that portion
within the city limits. Motion made by -b I:IcGee, seconded by - irth, that the matter
be referred to the '�.)treet 8: Alley Committee :,,lith power to act; roll call shoaed
motion passed .lithout any dissenting vote.
