ROLL CALL: The City Council met in regular session with 1-layor Gray presiding qnd following councilmen.present: Councilmen Anderson, Davis, Meyer, Sargent and v`Jirth; absent were McGee and Partch. MINUTES OF SESSION HELD NOV. 20th and adjourned session of Nov. 18th were read and approved. License application read from C. A. Terrell to operate Cunningham Cafe; motion made by Davis, seconded by Sargent that license be granted; roll call showed all voting for the motion. A PROPOSED ORDINANCE PROVIDITvG FOR ELIMINATION OF RADIO INTERFENCE, etc, was read: motion made by Anderson, seconded by I.Ieyer, that Ordinance be declared to have had its first reading; 1-Iotion made by Davis, seconded by Sargent, that this proposed ordinance ( No. 399) be given tis second reading by -title only; motion carried unanimously on roll call. Ordinance was thereupon given its second reading title. ADJOURNIE, NT : motion carried.
