RFOULA.R ORDER OF BUSINESS SUSPEN.VED: Accoiult election being in progess motion was made, bycDalld, seconded by Partch, that the regular order of business be suspended and that after completing what business had to be taken care of, council then adjourn until Friday night; Motion carried. RICHMAN to operate soft drinkx establishment was read: motion made by Anderson, seconded by birth that the application be referred to the Police Committee for investigation and report at the next meeting; carried WATER IN OWENS ADDITION:Partch reported on matter of -reconstructing line serving Owens Addition, giving recommendation of Water Committee that work be done. Motion made by Partch, seconded by Anderson that Water Manager be instructed to make necessary changes in Owens Addition: Carried on Rollcg&ll by unanimous vote. LIBRARY APPOINTMENTS: Matter of appointments made by Library Board was discussed and motion made by 1rlcGee,. seconded by Wirth that a special gommittee be appointed to investigate this and report to.council at the next meeting. Itilotion carried and Mayor Pro Tem appointed the followingo on a committee: Meyer, Davis and Anderson ADJOURN1,4ENT : Motion made by Anderson, seconded by Mr. l'Jirth that meeting adjourn until Friday night November 7th, 1930; Carried.
