ROLL CALL: The city council met with Mayor Gray presiding and fell.owing members
present: Davis, Meyer, Partch and Wirth; absent were Anderson, McGee and Sargent.
MINUTES OF REGULAR SESSION HELD Sept. 16th, adjourned sessions of Sept. 19th and
October 3rd and special meeting held October 6th, were read and approved.

that the renewal slip was found in I. -Ir. Taylor's papers and returned to Cox Investment Co..

Partch, that xg licenses be granted and motion carried on roll call.
REBUILD WADER LITJI; IN gi7EITS ADDH.: Request received from Water Manager to
reconstruct line serving Owens' Addition back of Round House at a cost of approx.
01305.00; motion made by Yzgaz Wirth,seconded by Heyer, that matter be referred.to
Water Committee for investigation and report at the next regular meeting.
Partch reported for Street Com., that garage about which there had been con_
trovery, at 7th & A Sts., was on property line.
