ROLL CA11: The City council meet in regular session with Mayor Gray presiding
and following councilmen present : Davis, McGee, Meyer, Sargent and IVirth; absent
were Anderson and Partch.

referred- to the council by comittee but motion was made by Davis, seconded by 11tcGee
that the bill be paid; roll call showed all voting for the motion.

PROPOSED ORDINANCE NO, 382 providing for license for solicitors of dry
cleaning establishments, having passed two readings, r:Ic.Gee requested two weeks more
time before submitting report and recommendation.
REPORTS OF OFFICERS: Police Judge made monthly report showing collections
of 4 57.50 for the month of BovEmber. .

CONTRACT I11I''IH P. P. &- L. CO. 1" CR STREET LIGU T II�G : A proposed or dinanc e was
read providing for contract with the r. P. & L. Co, for current for the new street
poles (74 poles) at the rate of two cents per 10H, contract to be for a ten year
period. Motion made by Davis, seconded by Meyer, that ordinance be declared to have
had its first reading. Ordinance was read by ti tle and motion w as ma de by Davis,
seconded by McGee, that the ordinance be declared to have had its second reading.
Roll calls on both motions showed unanimous vote in favor.
Motion made by `:Ieyer, seconded by tTirth, that the ordinance be referred to
the City Attorney for investigation and recommendation; roll call showed all voting
for the motion.

Water IIanage r McFarland submitted a plan to the council, whereby all water bonds
and interest would be paid off when due, by transferring from.the Operating iil- nd, the

considered thoroughly at a later meting.
BOND ISSUE : The City Attorney having prepared a resolution (Show below) it was
�Jy read to the council. After discussion, motion was made by I++icGee, seconded by -Wirth,
that the resolution be declared adopted as finally read acid that January 14th,1 1930,
be the date set for opening bids on bonds. Roll- call shored all voting for the motion.
