Regular Session _ April 17th, 1929.
ROIL CALL: The City Council met in regular session with I:l.ayor dray presiding; present
were HcGee, Heyer, Partch and t`lirth; absentees, Anderson, Davis & Sargent.
CLAIMS: JftdtmYffmg Bill of P. P. & L. Co. for street lights, amount Q310.11 was
read and motion was made by !�,icGee, seconded by lirth, t11a-t bill be allowed; roll call showed
all voting for the motion. W,2RRAN`i' No. 7672 ISSUED.
Following bills whichx had- previously been in the hands of the Claims Committee were
read and committee thru Chairman Heyer reco.rmended that they be paid; motion made by
Partch, seconded by ldcGee, that the bills be paid and roll call sho\7ed all voting for the motion.

7674 Roff Motor Co., Storage of grader and material 20.55
Application for a dray license was received 'from E. J. Pulliam and motion was
made by IdcGee, seconded by Partch that the license be granted; roll call shorted unanimous
vote for the motion.
Report of Police Judge read sgoti;ring collections of �,369.00 and was ordered placed on file.
EARL J TIES IVAS APPOINTED AS CHIEF OF POLICE By !Jayor tray; motion made by HcGee,
seconded by Meyer, that he be confirmed; roll call showed -all voting for the motion.
Water Manager IvlcFarlftnd asked that i7ater Co, ittee be authorized to have pump
house waterproofed before high water commenced and motion was made to that effect by 1rleGee,
seconded by �virth; roll call shored all voting for the motion.
ADJOUR1,111ENT: 1.1otion made by Wirth, seconded by Leyer, that meeting adjourn;
motion carried.
