ROLL CALL: The city council met in an adjourned session with following
members present: Tlayor Jensen, Councilmen Anderson, Hays, I.TcGee, Robbins and
Smith. &bsentees were Pyles and O'Herin.

formed as deputy city treasurer, was reported on by the committee as follows:
"Referring to the claim of hrs. C. B. Krudwig, after investigating, we find that
the period that I:Irs. Krudwig claims that she eras employed by the Uity 'Treasurer,
during the months of November and December, 1925 and January and Feberuary, 1926,
was after the repeal of Ordinance Eo. 353, an ordinance creating the office Of
Deput City 'Treasurer and that the council had not authorized the cimployriient of said
1-Irs. C. B. Krudvrig. isle, your committee, therefore -recommend the rejection pf
that claim."
I:Iotion was made by Robbins, seconded by T:IcGee, that above report of the
committee be accepted. Mayor ordcfd a roll call and all voted in favor of
the motion.
Notion made by Robbins, seconded by Hays, that the claim of -_rs. Krnawig
be -rejected. 1.1a.yor ordered a roll call and all voted in favor of the motion.
FRANKLIN COUNTY IRRIGATION DISTRICTRICT VS. CITY OF PASCO: The Judiciary Com-
mittee, to whom had been raeferred the matter of a stipulation between Franklin Count
16.
Irrigation District No. 1 and the City of Pasco, stated thru Anderson, that the
committee did not wish to make any recommendation in the matter and reported -it back to
the council for action.

1 -lotion was made by Anderson, seconded by I:IcGee, that the matter of stipulation etc.,
as reported by the cornet-tittee, be referred to the City Attorney for:a.ction.. Motion
carried.
PROPOSED IEW ADDING 11riCHIITE FOR CITY TPREASURER: Robbins reported that he had turned
the correspondence in regard to an adding machine over -to the City Clerk and that he
deer.ed it advisable to have the new council handle the matter. Stated further, that
the City 'Treasurer was now using the machine originally purchased by the mater Dept.
and that he did not thilak a new machine was needed at this time..

The matter of ad&i�ionai lights at E. Lytle & South Front Street was laid over
until the next meeting, as the Pacific Power e: Light Co.- were to, submitfigures on .
cost of installation.
Report of Police Judge Wardell was read; motion made by Robbins, seconded by
Hays, that'the report be accepted and placed oil file; carried.
GASOLIIPE & OIL 11UR11ISHED STATE HIGT VAY DEPT. FOR USE OF GRADER. . Anderson reported
that the State Highway Dept. ovied the city 232 gallons gasoline and 107 gallons oil for
'gas and oil furnished by the City -fur operation of the grader. He stated that
the`Highway De t._�VOU14,. 1 ce the gas and oil and that -he had advised the State
Higliaay Dept.
LICENSES: Application for license .made by A. F. Sylvester to operate a soft
drink and cigar establishment inthe Pasco Buffet at the !-lotel Pasco was read.
P1otion made by I%IcGee; seconded bar Robbins, � that the license be granted. I;iayor
ordered a roll call and 'all voted in favor of the motion.

Warrant No. 5767 had.been issued in accordance vrith action taken by Council at

advised that warrant should not have been issued until after January lst, as
