councilmen to meet a delegation of visitors from '; a11w :calla, consisting of Mayor
Hill ..nd Elessrs. Helly, Louden and Hoaglc>nd. After a five minute recess, each of
the vititoro addressed the council asE>ing that the city of Pasco pass Ordinance No.
360 -.appropriating 5,442.00 to the o'lalla ':Talla Yakii�ia Rate Commission. 'After hearing
from the visitors, the coiu?ci1 proceeded with the business before there, T,Iayor Jensen
asking for -the consideration of Ordinance Ilo. 360 us a Special order of business, in
order that the gentlemen from Ta.11a faila could leave for home.
