COUNCILMAN Ott-M-RIN REPORTED ON FORM OF DEHETERY RECEIPT REQUESTED -BY LEE FERRY CO., and on motion by McGee duly seconded by Anderson that the Communication of Lee Perry Co... be referred to the City -Attorney for his action, the Iclayor directed a Roil Call. SIDEWALKING ALONG COLUMBIA STREET BETUEEN ,5th and 6th sts: On motion by Hayes duly seconded by Roboins that the C_ty `clerk be instructed to notify the City Attorney that the people are waiting for an oddinance to put in a sidewalk between 5th and 6th Sts. on "olumbia Street., the Mayor directed a Roll Call. Ayes, Unanimous, IT CTAS REPORTED THAT IN SEVERAL PLACES THE SIDEWALKS WERE BREAKING AND CAVING IN AT THE curbing, in the business districts, and on motion by LicGee duly seconded by Robbins that. the matt.er be referred to the Street Committee to investigate and if necessary the property owner notified to fix up the walks, the Mayor directed a Roll Call.. GAS USED BY CITY CARS TO BE REPOI-ITED BY CHIEF OF POLICE: On motion by Robbins duly seconded by McGee that the Chief of Police be instructed to report monthly the amount of gas used for each car connected with the City Services, for each car, the Mayor directed a Roll Call. Ayes, Unanimous. BIDS RECEIVED ON POLICE EQUIPMENT: Bids were received on equipment for the police departrilent, and on motion by McGeL, d.:ly seconded by Anderson that. the bids be referred to the Police Co,-.ii.,ittee to investigate and report at the next regular session of the Council, the I..ayor directed a Roll Call.
