request, for the removal of the Chief, of Police, effective May 20tht' 1926, Mnd declare
the office now held by Chief of Police Puryear vacant, the ' i1a.yo-r directed a Roll Call.

DISMISSAL OF PATROLLIAN SHELBY:
The: mayor stated that for the sake of hdrmony cnd efficiency in -'the Police
Departtient, he considered it for the best interests of the City of Pasco to order ' the
.removal of Patrolman Shelby and asked th-e honorable Council to concur in his'action,-

Robbins that the Council concur in the order of the I•Iayor, of tle- removal of Patrol�lan
Shelby and decla'rethe position held by'Patrolman Shelby vacant, the Z"iayor directed a
