and the Water Committee decided to investigate furthar and repast to the Council
at its next regular meeting.

Cotulcilman. 1:1cGee repeated on investigation of Police Committee, stating -
that they would continue to investigate , and reper t to the L-layo r not later th on
sometime during the present week.
CITY ATTORNEY RENETED ON IRRIGATION DISTRICT UIT:1VMTER:
The City attorney reported that re, settlement on Irrigation District
matter, that a decree of Coiut had been outlined and left wish B.B. Horrigan, attorney
for the Irri3-ation District.
RE. CONSTRUCTION' OF SIDEVIALK ALONG CERTAIN PORTION OF COLUIVIBIA ST.:
It was decided that the matter of constructing a cement sidewalk along
certain- portions of Columbia St., as outlined in Petition filed Apr. 20th, 1926,
be let run un t it it could be learned if other adjoining walks can be arranged f or
by petition. `

On moti on by Robbins duly -.' econded by L,IcGee that the Mater 1.1anager be
authorized to make purchase of 5000 stamped envelopes, printed, at a price of $112.40,
the 1.11ayor d ixected a Roll Call. Ayes, Unanimous.
AUTO SPEEDING TO BE CHECKED UP:
Councilman O'Herin requested that the matter of,auto speeding, by delivery
wagons, etc. be looked into; that the situation had become appalling.
