CITY Attorney's opinion relative to settlemaat of suit Irrigation District agamnst
the Ci %r of Pasco and. the City's claim against the Irriga tion Dist, for Irrigation warrants
for which there ar'e_no� funds, _was read, and on motion by Robbins duly seconded by Anderson
that the City of Pasco accept a certain compromise (to which this opinion referred) and.

to the i:ia,yor that additional police be hired for April 6th, the number to be left to his
discretion; and that the Mayor instruct the Chief of Police to place one of these men at
Lewis St. and the =jai lroad Crossing, the Mayor directed a Roll Call. Ayes, Unanimous.
