The City Council met in regular Session with the following members present;,
Nhyor- Jensen, OouncilmentAnderson, Hayes, O'Herin, Pyles, Robbins and Smith, AbsenttKcGee.
MINUTES APP OvED:
The Minutes of the previous session were read and approved as read.
COMMICATIONS :
a. Pacific Power & Light CO., dated Nov. 12, 1925, advising that 75 hatt street light
had been installed at intersection of Main and Harvin Sts., and that City would be charged
an additional §1.417 per month beginning >Oct. 24, 1925; was read and ordered placed on file.
b. V. J. REVOLNS'; dated Nov. 17th, 1925, with reference to appointment of Dance
police was read, and orlered placed on file.
CLAIM AVOWED:
Pasco hater Dept., New. c onstruction, freight on car pipe, $49.20, was read
and on motion by--'hayes duly seconded by Anderson that the claim be allowed and the City
Clerk authorized to issue warrant for the same, t herhyor directed a roll. ball. Ayes;
Anderson, Wye s, Merin, Pyles, -Robbins and .Smith.
Raleigh P. Swanner, Current Expense acct.. '!costs ease Shelby vs.0i of casco,
$23.00, and on motion by Hayes duly seconded by 6mith ha he claim be allowed and 'she

Ooancilman Bayes reported on the matter of Accident :ins. for firemen; stating
that he had not yet complete data to put befoie the- Council at this time, but h€adlth;,matter
under way and should have smme thing definite In a few days , t o report; and the,mayor ordered
that the Committee continue wi th -the work,

ordered the committee to continue on the work and report at the next negular
aeoting of the Council,

.Councilman Anderson reported that they would soon have estimate of cost for building
the road to Cemeteryand Swimming .cool, and was ordered by the mayor to continue on the work
and report at next meeting.

Councilman O'Herin advised that toe dater Committee was not ready to report on
this resolution, and the Mayor ordered that the committee -continue on the work and report
at the next meeting of the uouncil.
LICENSES GRANTED:
Application of Forrest Eckles, to run Soft Drink Parlor and Restaurant at corner
4th and Lewis, was read, and on motion by Anderson duly 'seconded by hayes that the license
be granted, the Aayo-r directed a Holl Call. Ayes, Unanimous. ,

CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY BY RS. RAY BIGELO,7
A Claim filed by Exs. Kay Bigelow against the Oily, iJov. 1'7th, 1925, for injuries
sustained on account fall caused by loose board on sidewalk near the corner of 9th and
"B" Sts. was read, and -referred Vo the Claims ummittee by the mayor, for investigation
and report at next sleeting of council.
RE. EASErTIENT TO N.P.RY. CO. ON FROM STREET:
Councilman Anderson advised that the N.P. Ry.Coo was d esirous of obtaining an
easement on front Street for permission to occupy same with a Spur track, and the matter
was referred to Councillan Anderson by the Mayor, requesting that the form of easement
wanted be furnished, and the matter brought up atnext meeting of the uouncil.
ADJOURNMENT:
On motion by Hales dull seconded by Pyles that we adjoirn, the Nayor directed a
Roll Call. Ayes Unanimous,
