to credits to the City account returned pipe fittings, also regarding a balance due them,
was read and by order of the Mayor referred to the CldimsCommittee to investigate and
report at the next Regular I:Ieeting of the City Council.

the Campbell Construction Co., which had not been included in their Final Estimate was
read and. by order of the 11-i1anyor referred to the Claims d,Committee to check ap and -report
on at the next Regular Session of the City Council,

of Clarke and Tacoma Sts, be removed to the corner of Columbia AnI Tacoma Street's, and the
City Clerk instructed to give such notice to the Pacific a Power & Light Co.., the Mayor
directed a Roll Call, Ayes, Unanimous.
CITY AUTO PARK TAKEN OVER BY T CITY, FROML THE CH1iI_d3a R OF CO
COUNCILA:IAN O'Herin reported on the matter- b -F the Cit -J taking over the City
Auto Park, from�the Chamber of Commerce, stating that the Park was taken over by the City
commencing Sept. lst, 1925, subject to the acceptance by the City Council, and on motion
by Hayes duly seconded by ldcGee that the Report bd ab.cepted and the City take over the
Park- co=.encing Sept. lst, 1925, the Llayor directed a troll Call. Ayes, Unanimous,
