ROLL CALL: The City Council met in Regular Session with, the following members present, I1ayor Jensen, Councilmen Hayes, O'Herin, Pyles and Robbins. Absent, Anderson; ITcGee and Smith. REPORTED that matter of adjustment of certain water rents; on buildings similar to 11rsK.X.Gray Johnsons, to be reported at this meeting, postponed at this time to be reported further on at the next regular session of the Council. Also, the matter of furnishing aome-kind of signal line to gunge the water in the City Water tank is being worked out by the stater Committee with the Empire Electric Co., and will be reported tin further at the ne..t regular session of the City Council. ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR LODEY, FOR 'QUO'i'li -I?AIi,A II1ILLA POI ER RAIL, COi+:RIMS'ION: An Ordinance appropriating money from the Current Expense Fund to pay Pasco's Quota., 433331.50, to the Walla Walla Rate Commission in the Case against the Pacific Power and Light Co., was read for the first time, and on motion by O'Herin duly seconded by Ty�les that all rules and by-laws be suspended and said ordinance be: passed to • its second -reading and be read by title only, the Mayor directed a Roll Call, Ayes,' Hayes,; O'He-rim, Pyles and Robbins.
