The matter of paying new construction claims was discussed and it was decided
that the City Attorney be authorized to draw up an ordinance, the same as provided for
in motion under date of Idlarch 18th, 1925, 1

A Communication from the Economy Garage and '.'ire Shop, of}ated Juno 2nd, 1925,
asking permission to install a gas pump at their place of business/west Lewis St. was

CITY TO PURCHASE ROOT CUTTER:
On motion b.y Anderson duly seconded by Hayes that the Supt. of Streets
be authorized to order a Root Cutter for use in cleaning sewers (Self propelling,cost
442.00), the Mayor directed a Roll Call. Ayes Unanimous.

Councilman Mayes reported on the matter of removing "Old red berm and Junk
pile, near Geo. IIolitor place, stating that he was unable to relieve the situation.
