VACATION OF CERTAIN PORTION OF QUEENS ST.,FINAL HEARING ON RESOLUTION FOR SAIeM I : This being the. time and place set for the final h6aring on a resolution preparatory to the vacation of a certain portion of Queens St., situate between "All Sto and the Northerly boundary of the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Ry, Co., Steffins Amended Addn, to the City of Pasco, I'.I.Z.Gilman, one of the petitioners for said vacation;' under date of March 20th, 1925, now having filed a request that his name be stricken from said petition; thus leaving the petition showing less that two-thirds of the property owners abutting upon said Queens St.., it was declared that the provisions for the vacation weere now abandoned. REPORT OF C01, 1ITTEE ON CLAIM ILA HILL AND G.E.hILL VS. CITY OF Pasco: A Report of the Claims Committee advising that the Damage Claim of G.E.Hills and Ila Hill, �11050.00, was not due to any negligence on the Part sof the City of Pasco; and requesting that the claim be denied, was read, and on motion by Robbins duly seconded by Pyles that said report of the Committee be accepted, and the matter laid on the table,` the Mayor directed aRoll Call.
