The matter of carrying a Revolving, Fund of %25.00 in the Office of City Treasurer,1,
for. the purchase of stamps, paying of small freight chgs and 6i -press charges, various Ofi'iee
supplies of a minor nature, as recommended by State Examiner Smith, was brought before the
Council and discussed generally, after which the said Fund was. unanimously accepted.

The matter of signing up with ®il Co's. for City's oil and gas was again brought
before the City Council., I -1r. Pyles requesting that the City sign up with' both the Standard
and the Union Oil Co. alike, and after some discussion, on motion by O'Herin duly seconded
by Anderson that the matter be laid un the table, the Mayor directed a _.oll Uall. Ayes,

for- the Construction work o� the Proposed Water Works Improvements with Engineer ITurray,
ADDITIONAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR PIPE ORDERED:
The City Clekk was authorized to hire additional specifications of the pipe, on
which bids viere being received Feb. 17th, typewritten.
