ROLL CAIS:
THE City Council met ' in Adjourned Session, fcr the Specific purpose of chocking
over the Proposed 47'ater Improvements, with the ' following members present, I.Iayor Jensen,
Councilmen, Anderson, Bayes, I,IcGee, O'Herin, Pyles, Robbins, Smith,
Proposed Nater Improvemnt not to exceed the Bonds voted, ti?66,000:
Ener. 1,2u-rray was called- on by ' the I'a.yor to expa]_in further anything that' he
thought ,could be of importance, -relative to the Proposed 77ater 's'Torl:s Improvements; after
which a general di-scussion followed; and on being .sized by Hr. Eszderson if the amount
of bonds voted, X66,000 was aiple to do the proposed Mork; i:Tr. Murray stated that at the
present time there was no doubds in his mind in his mind but that there was.
COUNCIL ADJOUIdED TO A PRIVATE SESSION IN *HAYOR' S OFFICE:
T= I.1 yor stated that the question of retaining Mr. I7urray to go ahead withthe
;cork as Engineer for the Proposed water Works Improvement was the question forthe
Council to now, decide on, and the Council adjourned to meet in a private session inthe
T.Iayo-rIs office, for that specific purpose; this natter being decided upon, the Council
returned to the Council Chamber, to resume the regular order of business.
I. ?. I.=UR'AY RETAIIi-ED AS CONSULT ENGINEER, 4% BASIS:
The K ayor instructed the Clerk to report the action taken by the Council at the
Closed Session, which action is incorporated in tie follov.�ing motion:
On motion by 1.1r. Pyles, duly seconded by I.jr. Hayes that l.Ir. 11urray be retains d
as Consulting Ener., to furnish all plans and specifications/ and have in charge all viork
of Supervision of -Lite Proposed Plater V,ork:s Improver_1ents, all on a basis of 4% on the
arrant spent; and that he employe and pay a local man a.s inppector suitable to the Council,
the l:_ayor directed a Roll Call. Ayes, Hayes, I,.IcGee, O'Herin, Pyle., Robbins and Smith.
No's Anderson. The I.1ot_on was carried.
(Upon being asked by the I._ayor if the motion'was in accordance with his underwtanding,
i.r.-.�ur-ray stated that he accepted the same as read.)

TIE] City Clerk rias authorized to (with the assistance of the City Attorney) draw
up a Contract with Engr. Hur: ay, for the City entering into a contract with ..1r. Eurray
as -,engineer, for the proposed sate-_• -corks improvements.
CALL FOR BIDS: (On Pipe, also the sale of BONDS �>66, 000 lot)
On notion by O'Herin duly seconded by L_eGee that the City Clerk, proceed to
advertise for bids on tho pipe, also for the sale of the 4)66, 000 bonds, for the Proposed
Wator `...forks Improvements, the Eiayor directed a Roll Cw11_. Ayes, Unanimous.

The matter of furnishing crater for the Cemetery eras brought up by Councilman
O'Herin old generally discussed by the Council, but no definite action taken, other than
it was suggested that the matter be left to the Co::liaittee on Public Property.
