December 30, 1924.
The council met in adjourned session vrith Mayor Gannon presiding,
The following answered roll call: Bryan, Felson, O'Herin, Pyle;:, and Robbins.
The minutes of Dec: 3rd .and 16th Frere read and there being no objections the I.iayor
declared them approved as,, read.
Bill of Hills Garage for 15.14 for repairing auto for H. R. Lawrence read.
O'Herin seconded by Robbins moved that the bill be referred to the proper committee for
investigation.
Carried.
Bill of Rofff2Motor company for 08.95 being difference in warrant and amount of cl&im
read.
Pyles seconded by O'Herin moved that the bill be referred to the proper committee.
Carried. °
idla 11oretz. bill for 4. days office work for water department read for amount per day.
O'He-rin seconded by Pyles moved that the salary in this case be fixed at 3.00 per day.

Bid of Empire Electric Company for 0426.20 for Signal circuit from water tank to pump
house read.
Pyles seconded by Felson moved that the bid be accpeted.
Upon roll call Bryan, Nelso, and Pyles veted Yes, O'Herin voted No. Robbins did not vote.
Pyles seconded by Belson moved that the clerk be instructed to vrrite Department of Labor
and Industries in regard to accident of Mr. Camobello ter,; -
O'Herin seconded by Pyles moved that the water manager be permitted to use own discretion
in -regard to the matter of allot+ing patrons to let water run during the inclement
weather.
