The following anmve-red roll call; Pyles, Nelson, Robbins, and O'Herih. Letter from Northern Pacific Railway Company in regard to waterused by them on Dec. 9th from 5;00 P. M. to 10;00 P. Y. read. O'Herin seconded by Nelson moved that the letter be referred to the grater committee with authority to settle. Carried. Bryan enters councilroom and Robbins leaves. Letter from Empire Electric Company in regard to their price on Signal Circuit line from grater tank to pump house read. O'Herin seconded by Pyles moved that the letter be laid over until the next regular meeting. Carried. O'Herin seconded by Bryan moved that the ordinate be declared to have had its third reading and bre passed and adopted as read. Upon roll call all councilmen present voted Yes. Leta&ll leaves couneilroom. O'Hevin ueconded by Nelson moved that the water manager be authorized to permit any resident where he deems it necessary to prevent freezing of pipes, to allow nater to -run basing the rate for the month within that period on the previous month or months keeping a record of all such cases. Car ried. Pyles seconded by O'Herin moved that slater manager Moretz be authorized to purchase necessary parts to rut the chlorinator in shape. Car ri ed.
