November 18th, 1924,
The Council met in regular session with Mayor Pro Tem Robbins presiding.
The following ansvmved roll call: Goodell, Pyles, O'Hevin,' Robbins, Attorney Davis present.
the ki.nutes of Nove, 5th and 10th were read and there being no objections the Mayor
declared them approved as read.
Letter from 11r. A. S. Byers in regard to water for Terrace Heights Addition read.
O'HEron secinded by Goodell moved that the letter be placed on file.
Carried.
Letter from Empire Electric Company in regard to thawing machine read.
OTHerin seconded by Pyles moved that the water manager be instructed to purchase thawing
machine from the Empire Electric Company for 0131.00.
Carried.
Letter from r -Ir. R. 11. Murray in regard to bill of Chicago Bridge and Iron Works read.
The following bills apptoved by the claims committee were read:

Pyles seconded by O'Herin moved that the bills be allowed and warrants dra%vn for same.
Upon roll call all councilmen voted yes.
The following election boards vrere appointed:

Mr. R..11. hurray spoke in regard to the consolidation of the water systems.
O'Herin seconded by Pyles moved that the meeting adjounr to Thursady Evening ay 7.30.
Carried.
