The Oouncil met in adjourned session with IyIayor Gannon, presiding

Attorney Davis and Councilman Robbins enter councilroomq

Agteemtnet with Pacific Power and Light Company;' approved by Dity Attorney,, in regard to
Signal Circuit was read.
Pyles seconded by Nelson moved that the agreement be accepted and the Mayor sign same.
Carried.
Robbins secondee_ by Pyles motred that the meetin adjourn.
Carried.
